1. Agreement to Terms

All business transactions, including orders, pricing, and delivery terms, are subject to:
- Written confirmation from both parties
- Applicable international trade regulations
- Agreed upon Incoterms and payment conditions
- Quality specifications as documented in contracts
3. Product Quality
We commit to delivering products that meet the agreed specifications and comply with international food safety standards including ISO 22000 and HACCP requirements. All products undergo quality control inspections before shipment.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices quoted are indicative and subject to market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed in written contracts. Payment terms are negotiated individually based on order volume and partnership history.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of goods supplied under any contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from business transactions.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with ICC rules.
